Abstract
运用紫外光谱滴定、差热分析和粉末X线衍射等方法研究了山姜素分子与甲基化β-环糊精衍生物形成配位包合物的包合行为、包合能力及其性质表征.研究结果显示,山姜素与甲基化β-环糊精形成稳定的包合物,包合能力的大小为:β-CD>DMβCD>TMβCD.形成包合物后,其水溶性和热稳定性明显提高.
