Abstract
电解电容参数退化会引起Boost变换器软故障,影响整体电路性能.使用基于小波包Shannon熵的方法实现Boost变换器的软故障诊断.以Boost变换器的输出电压作为故障信号,根据小波包Shannon熵确定小波包分解的层数然后对故障信号进行小波包分解,提取小波包能量构建故障特征向量,最后利用分类器实现Boost变换器的软故障诊断.实验结果表明,该方法能有效、正确诊断Boost变换器的软故障,分类正确率达到97.58％.
