超细晶氧化亚铜的制备研究

Abstract
以CuSO4·5H2O为铜源,NaOH为沉淀剂,葡萄糖为还原剂,采用简单的液相法制备了六边体、立方体、球体三种超细晶Cu2O.考察硫酸铜浓度、氢氧化钠浓度、反应温度、葡萄糖浓度等因素对Cu2O粉末形貌和粒径的影响,给出了可能的生长理论.采用XRD、SEM、UV-Vis等方法对产物进行表征.结果表明:液相法所制备的Cu2O粉末形貌、粒径可控,分散性良好;XRD、UV-Vis检测表明制得的Cu2O粉末结晶度好、纯度高,最大吸收峰在可见光范围内.
