Abstract
针对煤岩性质变化引起的工作荷载变化波动大、随机性强以及建立精确数学模型较难的问题,通过提取截割部电流作为反馈信号,采用基于模糊RBF神经网络整定的PID算法输出控制信号,驱动悬臂的水平和垂直摆动机构,调整工作机构的进给速度,使截割部接近并维持额定功率运行.结果表明:该控制器缩短了调节时间,减小了调节过程中的震荡,对于系统参数和负载性质变化具有比较好的自适应性和自调整性.
