原位灌注模型考察蓬子菜活性成分的肠吸收

Abstract
为考察影响蓬子菜中活性成分肠吸收的因素.采用大鼠原位灌注模型及HPLC测定方法,以活性成分DXG的肠吸收转化率(A%)、吸收速率常数(ka)、吸收半衰期(t1/2)为评价指标,考察吸收部位与pH值对DXG肠吸收的影响.结果表明ka从大到小为十二指肠>回肠>结肠>空肠;(A%)从大到小为十二指肠>回肠>结肠>空肠.循环液pH=6.0时DXG的ka和A%明显大于pH=4.0和pH=8.0.DXG在十二指肠吸收较好,pH值对肠吸收影响较小,DXG在大鼠肠道内的吸收并非单纯被动扩散.
