Abstract
建立HPLC法测定WS-硫化树脂的方法.采用分子排阻色谱柱(PLgel 3μm MIXEDE 300×7.5mm),以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为流动相,流速1mL·min-1,柱温50℃,在283nm处进行检测.分析结果表明,WS-硫化树脂脂线性范围为3.45～100μg·mL-1(r=0.999),且24h之内稳定性良好.该方法重复性好,具有方法简便、快速和准确的优势.
