Abstract
较好的性能、更小的尺寸、更低的成本,已经成为宽带微波组件必须满足的基本要求.微带幅度均衡器可以有效改善宽带功率放大器的增益平坦度,使其满足指标要求.利用λ/4的开路微带线和薄膜电阻构成谐振器,结合ADS软件与HFSS软件联合仿真设计了2～6 GHz的紧凑的微带宽带均衡器,并制作了实物,实测和仿真结果基本一致,从而证明了设计方法的有效性.
