Abstract
采用Hartmann-Shack波前传感器搭建光路,对LD侧面泵浦Nd∶YAG激光器进行热透镜效应的实验测量.将He-Ne光作为探测光,利用Hartmann-Shack波前传感器对Nd∶YAG晶体在不同泵浦电流下的波前畸变进行测量,通过波前信息重构分析,根据激光波前峰谷值及焦距关系,计算LD侧面泵浦Nd∶YAG激光器的热透镜焦距,从而得出对应泵浦电流下的热焦距及其变化.结果表明,利用Hartmann-Shack波前传感器可对Nd∶YAG激光晶体的热焦距进行实时测量.
