Abstract
连铸二冷动态控制是提高铸坯质量的关键技术,针对常规PID控制在拉速扰动时引起铸坯表面温度波动大的问题,本文基于在线凝固传热模型建立不同拉速下的二冷过程模型,以方坯铸机为对象研究一种自适应PID动态权值调整法用于二冷动态控制,并与常规PID进行对比仿真研究.研究结果表明:当拉速突变时,动态权值调整法能更好的适应系统的变化,模型适配能力强,鲁棒性好,可使控制系统更快的趋于稳定.
