Abstract
采用电磁搅拌重熔制备SiCp/Al复合材料,研究SiC颗粒的预处理、SiC增强体颗粒与基体金属铝粉的混合及热压复合坯块的重熔工艺,并以该工艺制备10Vol％SiCp/Al复合材料.实验结果表明:通过显微观察和SEM分析,所制备的复合材料气孔率显著降低,SiC颗粒与基体合金结合良好.
