Abstract
目的 探索激光焊接对Mo/NiTi异种金属连接的可行性.方法 对接头的焊缝成形、微观组织及力学性能进行分析.结果 Mo/NiTi异种金属接头中无裂纹及气孔缺陷形成,焊缝成形良好;熔化区主要由Mo固溶体、(Ti,Mo)固溶体、MoNi3,Ti2 Ni及TiNi相构成;由于Mo-Ni和Tix Niy的形成,使得熔化区的显微硬度高于接头的其它区域;拉伸结果表明,Mo/NiTi接头的拉伸强度约为423 MPa,但延性较低,断裂于熔化区域.结论 激光焊接适合于Mo/NiTi异种金属连接,获得的接头质量较好.
