形变对45#钢低温回火组织的影响

Abstract
对45#钢进行淬火处理后,采用热模拟机进行保温形变处理,研究45#钢在200~350℃低温形变回火中碳组织的变化.采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱分析、维氏硬度计对试样的显微组织和力学性能进行表征和测试.结果表明,塑性变形促进低温回火马氏体分解和碳化物的转变,提高形变温度可促进碳化物由ε-碳化物组织向θ-碳化物组织转变.塑性变形使位错增殖,导致二次加工硬化,增加低温回火组织的硬度.
