Abstract
零件质量的稳定性是保证整车质量的重要环节.针对量产过程中零件质量问题解决效率低,重复性高的特点,基于零件质量管理工作实际,综合运用TOPSIS和熵值法建立评估模型,对零件供应商进行综合评价,并在此基础上对供应商进行有针对性的质量帮扶,使质量问题解决效率得到有效提高,避免潜在质量风险.以中德合资公司外饰零件管理为例,评价结果得出供应商S4有潜在的零件质量问题风险,通过质量帮扶,解决了生产过程中S4的质量问题,避免了潜在质量风险.
