Abstract
目的:观察被动吸烟孕兔自主神经功能的变化,探讨被动吸烟对胎儿危害的机制.方法:采用心率变异性分析检测孕兔自主神经功能变化.结果:被动吸烟孕兔Mean RR缩短,SDNN、HF和RMSSD均下降,VLF和LF/HF明显增加.结论:被动吸烟孕兔交感神经活性增强,迷走神经活性减弱,心率加快、总能量减少和交感-迷走神经功能失衡.
