聚焦企业之间研发资源互补性与合作创新模式的关系,通过一个两阶段博弈模型,给出了多个企业之间研发资源互补性大小的临界值.当研发资源的互补性小于该临界值时,企业之间将以共担研发成本为目的,选择成本共享的合作创新模式;当研发资源的互补性大于该临界值时,企业之间将以分享技术成果为目的,选择技术共享的合作创新模式.
