光栅型光谱仪光辐射测试能力研究

Abstract
针对目前光栅型光谱仪只注重波长的测试能力,而不能准确测试光谱辐射的现状,介绍了利用氘灯进行光谱辐射校准的方法,讨论了标准光源的选择,研究了扫描步进、积分时间、光电倍增管(PMT)供电电压、测试距离等因素对光辐射测量的影响.实验结果表明,通过设置PMT电压可实现不同光谱辐射强度光源的测试,并能得到较好的测试重复性,为光栅型光谱仪的光辐射测试及校准提供依据.
