基于像差约束模型的光学系统横向失调校正方法

Abstract
针对现有高斯光学校正方法的不足,提出了基于像差约束模型的透射式光学系统像点横向位置失调的校正方法,推导了像差约束条件下零像差增量的校正方程,提出了校正透镜选择原则.以某光学瞄准镜为例,利用Ze-max软件仿真验证了方法的有效性.实验表明:该方法能有效降低校正过程中透镜位置变化对光学系统成像质量的影响.
