Abstract
本文利用便携式光纤光谱仪对一台负荷为35 t/h的垃圾焚烧炉进行了光谱诊断.首先提出了一种适用于火焰辐射光谱的分离算法,用来获取连续光谱和非连续光谱,光谱分离结果的准确性用Goodness-of-fit系数进行评估.其次,利用基于灰性假设的双色法判断垃圾焚烧火焰的灰性区间,并且分析了波长间隔对温度和黑度检测精度的影响,分析结果表明垃圾焚烧火焰在674~800 nm波段内满足灰性.最后,文中给出了锅炉连续运行40 min的检测结果.
