BiOI/BiVO4复合光催化剂的制备及其 可见光光催化性能

Abstract
采用水热法制备了不同BiOI含量的BiOI/BiVO4复合光催化剂.通过XRD、SEM、XPS及UV-vis DRS等测试技术表征了样品的晶相结构、微观形貌、组成变化及吸光性能.用亚甲基蓝模拟环境污染物,评价了BiOI/BiVO4复合光催化剂的可见光催化活性,结果表明,当BiOI含量为40%,可见光照射100 min时,BiOI/BiVO4复合光催化剂对亚甲基蓝的降解率达81.22%,而相同条件下,BiVO4对亚甲基蓝的降解率仅为33.28%.光催化活性的提高可归因于BiOI/BiVO4异质结的形成,BiOI与BiVO4的能带结构发生了变化,由嵌套式结构变为交错式结构,使异质结表面的光生电子-空穴更有效地分离.
