Abstract
针对工程应用的需要,设计了一种内嵌热管式的散热器,采用三根烧结芯热管作为散热器芯体,通过锡焊降低热管和壳体的热阻,提高了散热器的传热性能.通过实验测试验证了散热器在不同风速下的性能和均温性,同时进行了倾斜以及高温环境适应性测试、验证.该散热器具有传热快、均温性好、环境适应性强等优点.
