Abstract
设计高效的氦制冷氢液化换热器需掌握氢的冷凝特性,为此,设计了氢热虹吸管实验装置,并利用Fluent对其性能进行了瞬态仿真验证.通过分析氢热虹吸管设计与仿真的影响因素,合理选择了冷源、充液率、倾角、结构材料和仿真数值模型.结果表明:仿真达到稳态时,冷凝热流密度达到了理论值,冷凝壁面上发生了层流膜状冷凝,验证了仿真模型的有效性和实验装置的性能,为实验提供了指导.
