浊点萃取分离富集环境水样中的氯硝柳胺

Abstract
建立了浊点萃取分离富集/HC测定环境水样中氯硝柳胺的方法.选择TritonX-114为萃取剂,并优化了影响浊点萃取的各种因素(如表面活性剂用量、样品溶液的pH值、平衡温度及时间等).结果表明:当Triton-114浓度为3％,pH 3.5,平衡温度45℃,平衡时间30 min,氯化钠添加量为200 mg时,氯硝柳胺的加标回收率为95.6％～97.5％,检出限为0.021 2 mg/L.该法具有高效、环保以及成本低等优点,适用于环境水样中药物残留的检测.
