Abstract
建立了总有机碳/总氮单元测定水体中总氮的方法,并与国家标准方法测定结果进行比对.两种方法测定盲样和自控样品中总氮的结果接近于真实值,相对误差低于5％.同时测定了水库,自来水厂,南水北调泵站和污水处理厂水体中的总氮,两种方法比对结果相对偏差在5％以内.该总有机碳/总氮单元可用于环境水样的总氮测定.
