壳聚糖基四环素印迹聚合物的制备及应用

Abstract
以四环素(TC) 为模板分子,采用表面聚合的方法,以丙烯酰胺(AM) 为功能单体,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN) 为引发剂,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA) 为交联剂,改性壳聚糖为载体,制备四环素印迹聚合物(MIPs).并对MIPs 进行一系列表征,其具有良好的特异识别性和吸附能力.建立了HPLC-MISPE 方法,方法检出限为2. 532 μg / L,加标回收率范围93. 7％ ～ 110. 4 ％,RSD≤4. 0％,并对环境水中TC 的含量进行检测.
