磁性修饰多壁碳纳米管固相萃取快速测定牛奶中20种激素残留

Abstract
以磁性修饰多壁碳纳米管作为磁性固相萃取剂结合超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)技术快速检测牛奶中7种雌性激素和13种孕激素残留.样品经磁性修饰MWCNTs固相萃取净化,采用Waters Atlantis(C) BEH色谱柱分离,以乙腈和0.02% NH3·H2O为流动相进行梯度洗脱,采用电喷雾正、负双离子扫描的多反应监测(MRM)模式,内标法定量.对影响磁性固相萃取效率的因素:溶液的pH、吸附剂和洗脱剂、萃取时间等进行考察.20种激素在线性质量浓度范围1 ~ 120 μg/L内的相关系数均大于0.99,方法的检出限在(S/N≥3)0.01 ~0.06 μg/kg之间.在0.1,1,5μg/kg3个加标量下的加标回收率在81.0% ~ 107.0%之间,相对标准偏差在1.0% ~ 8.0%之间.结果表名磁性修饰MWCNTs对牛奶样品具有良好的净化效果,适用于牛奶中激素残留的快速检测.
