在医科大学有机化学教学中采用基于团队的"导学教学法",教师精心进行教学设计,系统编写导学提纲.根据导学提纲,导引学生自主进行资料的准备、课前的讨论、完成形成性评价的记录、进行课上的讲解和习题的解答,从而达到提升学生自主学习能力的目的.
