Abstract
研究了用生物表面活性剂牛血清白蛋白( BSA )泡沫提取硫酸庆大霉素的条件及作用机理,并用微生物实验检验庆大霉素的生物活性.结果表明:BSA能替代化学表面活性剂用于氨基糖苷类抗生素的泡沫分离.硫酸庆大霉素的一步提取率为80.2%.
