Abstract
氢化双酚A型环氧树脂(AL-3040)与端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(HTPDMS)在偶联剂(KH-550)作用下反应制得AL-3040环氧树脂-HTFDMS嵌段共聚物.以此共聚物作为增容剂改善AL-3040与HTPDMS之间的相容性,引入柔性Si-O-Si链段对环氧树脂进行增韧改性,以甲基六氢苯酐(MeHHPA)为固化剂,制备了一种高性能HTPDMS改性形状记忆环氧树脂(SMEP).研究发现,HTPDMS能明显改善AL-3040环氧树脂韧性.随着增容剂用量的增加,SMEP的拉伸强度和玻璃化温度(Tg)随之下降,冲击强度、断裂伸长率逐渐上升.随着增容剂用量增加,SMEP的形状固定率随之下降,形状回复率呈上升趋势.重复10次形状记忆性能测试,形状固定率和形状回复率保持在96%以上.
