双重改性聚偏氟乙烯膜的制备及血液相容性

Abstract
以聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)为基体,以亲水性、生物相容性极佳的丙烯酰吗啉(ACMO)及带强阴离子性磺酸基的2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为功能单体,通过自由基聚合制得PVDF接枝共聚物,并用红外光谱和核磁共振对其进行表征.通过浸没沉淀相转化法制备了共聚物膜,用X射线光电子能谱仪、扫描电子显微镜、接触角测试仪、全自动凝血仪对膜的表面组成、结构形貌、亲水性及血液相容性进行了研究.结果表明,在成膜过程中功能基团均向膜表面偏析,有致孔作用.与纯PVDF膜相比,改性膜的亲水性提高,且能抑制血细胞粘附,其活化部分凝血活酶时间及凝血酶原时间分别延长了7.80 s和2.83 s,纤维蛋白原的浓度从0.897 g/L降低到0.818 g/L,改性后膜的亲水性及血液相容性提高.
