反应型磷氮复合阻燃多元醇制备聚氨酯阻燃硬泡及性能

Abstract
采用磷氮复合阻燃多元醇与通用聚醚配合制备阻燃聚氨酯硬泡,泡沫的尺寸稳定性均在1%左右,导热系数在0.03 W/(m·K)以下.压缩强度结果表明阻燃泡沫能满足一般建筑用聚氨酯硬泡保温材料的使用要求,动态力学测试表明泡沫的Tg随着阻燃聚醚用量的增加而升高,热失重测试表明硬泡的残炭量也随阻燃聚醚的增加而升高,阻燃多元醇制备的硬泡极限氧指数达到24.8%,较未做阻燃处理的泡沫有明显提高.
