Abstract
利用金纳米粒子及环糊精-二茂铁主客体识别作用,制备了2种不同形状的H2O2响应性基因载体GP2(球形)、GR2(棒状),并与传统转染试剂Lipo2000及PEI25k进行了转染及毒性的系统比较.结果表明,2种形状的粒子在同等条件下的转染效率超过了Lipo2000及PEI25k,且棒状粒子的转染效率更高.同时,在可用于转染的范围内,2种粒子表现出与PEI10k相当的较低细胞毒性.
