Abstract
采用气相色谱/串联三重四级杆质谱法(GC/MS/MS)建立了分析葱、蒜、洋葱及其制品中25种有机磷的分析方法.葱、蒜、洋葱及其制品经提取、净化处理后,采用气相色谱/串联三重四级杆质谱法检测,25种有机磷农药在线性范围内均呈现良好的线性关系,线性系数>0.99.该方法的检出限(LOD)为0.001~0.005 mg/kg.三水平六平行的实验结果表明,该类化合物的回收率为63% ~ 115%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.67%~13.5%.方法重现性好、精密度高、操作简单,适用于对葱、蒜、洋葱及其制品中多种有机磷的检测.
