纸张中荧光增白剂VBL的测定方法研究

Abstract
生活中纸质用品已经成为了我们必不可少的一种商业化产品,而现在市场上所售纸品为不漂白和漂白型,常用的漂白型纸质中都加入了荧光增白剂.论文建立了通过索氏提取法萃取纸张中荧光增白剂VBL,并用荧光分光光度法测定纸张中VBL含量的定量方法.VBL的激发波长为347nm,发射波长为435nm,结果表明,荧光增白剂VBL在0~0.50 mg·L-1呈现良好线性关系,R2=0.9991,检出限为4.25μg·g-1,加标回收率为98.00% ~100.50%,该方法能有效满足纸张荧光增白剂的测定.
