Abstract
采用盐酸-硝酸-氢氟酸-高氯酸消解样品,王水提取,以103 Rh和185 Re作内标,消除干扰;选择国家标准物质GBW07309制备溶液校准,确定了ICP-MS最佳工作参数.方法各元素检出限在0.004~0.085μg·g-1之间,SRD<10%(n=12),经国家一级标准物质分析验证,测定值与推荐值吻合较好,加标回收率为94.3%~106.6%.实验表明,方法快速、准确、灵敏度高等特点,可适用于快速检测批量地球化学样品中钴、镍、铷、铌、钼、钡、镧、铋、铯、铈、钨、铊、钍、铀元素的含量.
