Abstract
抗倒酯作为环己烷二酮类植物生长调节剂中较为重要的化合物,能够明显调节植物的生长.对文献进行综合整理和理论分析后,确定了一种合成农药抗倒酯的较优路线,即以马来酸二乙酯与丙酮为原料,经Michael加成、Claisen缩合、酰化及重排四步反应合成目标产物,并对产物及中间体进行了气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC/MS)、1 H NMR分析.结果表明,在最佳反应条件下,抗倒酯的总收率为59.61％.
