Abstract
研究了1-甲基咪唑制备的新方法,由2-氯-2-｛[(甲基氨基)甲基]亚氨基}乙基三氟甲磺酸酯(1)先成环,后成双键得到1-甲基咪唑(2),考察了氢氧化钠与1的配料比、浓度、反应温度和反应时间等因素对1-甲基咪唑产率的影响.确定了合成1-甲基咪唑的最佳工艺条件为氢氧化钠溶液浓度为4 mol/L,氢氧化钠与1的物质的量比为6∶1,反应温度45℃,反应时间90 min,产率达到91％.
