基于SolidWorks的换热器管板参数化设计

Abstract
为降低换热器中非标件管板设计的复杂性,提出了最小单元布管法求出管板上管孔中心坐标集合的设计草图,应用SolidWorks二次开发技术对管板三维模型进行参数化设计,通过修改工程图参考方法实现标准工程图的自动生成,实现了从设计草图到三维建模再到工程出图的管板自动参数化设计.实际应用表明,该方法能实现常见管板的快速设计,使管板的平均绘制时间由传统的4工时缩短为0.5工时,有效地提高了管板设计效率.
