Abstract
针对丙烯腈装置的工艺特点和实际运行中面临的过程控制问题,采用多层预测控制策略建立了丙烯腈装置先进控制系统.工业应用结果表明:多层预测控制策略提高了反应器温度和大循环pH值和回收塔灵敏板温度等关键工艺参数的平稳性,进而通过经济性能优化,降低了低压蒸汽消耗和丙烯腈产品的丙烯单耗,从而获得显著的经济效益.
