聚丙烯装置先进控制系统及其应用

Abstract
针对液相本体聚合法聚丙烯装置的工艺特点和过程控制需求,设计了浓度控制器、质量控制器、产量控制器和牌号切换控制策略.基于先进控制软件APC-Suite建立了聚丙烯装置先进控制系统.工业应用结果表明:先进控制系统可提高生产装置的氢气浓度、环管密度,产品质量等关键工艺指标的平稳性,减少牌号切换时间,降低操作人员劳动强度,进而获得显著的经济效益.
