Abstract
建立了氢化物发生‐火焰原子吸收法（HG‐FAAS）测定雄黄染毒小鼠肝及肾脏中砷含量的方法。结果表明，该方法准确、灵敏、可靠、检出限低。雄黄染毒小鼠肝、肾脏中砷的分布水平相当。同时对氢化物发生条件进行了优化。
