Abstract
通过对仪器观测系统、仪器供电避雷接地电阻、电源电压检查、水位现场校测,观测井点降雨与水位资料对比,周边不同测点水位观测资料对比,同井不同深度水温观测资料及平凉华能发电厂多年来地下水开采量的对比,分析了平凉铁路小区水位上升变化的原因.通过周围环境调查后发现,该小区水位上升是由于平凉华能发电厂使用的分布在市区13口抽水井多年来开采量减少引起的,是地震前兆异常的可能性不大.
