曹妃甸11-6油田临时生产工程方案研究与实践

Abstract
为解决渤海曹妃甸11-6油田油气混输腐蚀海管更换期间主力采油平台须被迫停产的问题, 基于油田设施情况、施工特点及资源情况, 通过方案对比选择, 提出了"移动式试采平台处理储存+穿梭油轮转运"的海管更换期间油田临时生产工程方案.本文主要论证了该方案的可行性, 并对试采平台就位、栈桥连接、试采平台与采油平台的工艺系统对接、供电与仪控、穿梭油轮系泊等工程主要实施方案进行了论述, 最终圆满解决了油田海管更换期间海上采油平台被迫停产的难题.曹妃甸11-6油田临时生产工程方案的成功实践, 对渤海海域浅水油田很多临近设计服役的海管更换工程及试采平台的多功能扩展等类似工程具有重要借鉴意义.
