渤海油田高压差注水井两层分注工艺设计及应用

Abstract
根据渤海油田完善注采井网需要,部分采油井转注后需上返射孔防砂完井,实现2个层段的分层注水,但由于两注水层层间压差较大,层间干扰大,实际操作调配难度大,常规注水工具无法满足配注要求.基于渤海油田高压差注水井两层分注要求,设计了配水工作筒及配套的配水器芯子,提出了高压差注水井两层分注工艺.渤海中部某油田A井应用表明,本文提出的高压差注水井两层分注工艺可以实现较大压差注水井的两层分注,提高注水驱油效能,能够成为渤海油田注水井提质增效新的有效手段.
