Abstract
介绍利用Visual Studio 2008开发一个基于区域自动站资料的报警系统,系统对区域自动站资料进行编译,然后选取其中几个有代表性的值(2 min平均风速、5 min雨量、小时雨量、气温值、电压值)与报警判断值进行比较,判断区域自动站的运行情况和该区域是否出现灾害性天气,然后根据实际情况选择是否报警.
