屋之“水顶”

Abstract
在重庆市武隆县的山区里,散布着一些奇特的平顶房(见下图).几乎所有房子的屋顶上都积着满满的“一池水”(非雨天).一般来说,平顶房必须配备落水管以便雨天排水(如关中地区的平顶房,房顶中间稍高,两侧边缘稍低且留有下水口),因为雨水长时间积存会导致屋顶渗水.但从笔者拍摄的这一侧看,这些“水顶房”并未装有落水管,不怕渗水吗?还是“水顶”另有妙用?
