冲击载荷下射孔弹壳体大破片特性的设计及应用

Abstract
以渤海油田稠油油藏的胶结疏松地质条件为研究背景,有针对性地设计了一种新型7 in高孔密大破片射孔弹.采用AOTUDY和ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件对射孔弹的壳体爆炸破片和射流形成进行数值仿真分析,进行地面模拟装枪穿钢靶试验和单发射孔弹破片收集试验.数值仿真的破片形成效果和射流形态与地面试验结果吻合较好.新型射孔弹的大破片尺寸大于9.53 mm,占有率达到85.95%,明显优于常规射孔弹的破片率.在渤海油田实际应用中,壳体形成大破片效果良好,多数留在枪体内,保证了射孔作业安全和后续完井工艺的顺利开展.
