元坝气田酸化暂堵剂研究及应用

Abstract
为解决元坝气田长井段非均质储层酸化难题,采用暂堵分流酸化工艺,研制了可降解纤维和碳酸钙颗粒两种暂堵剂来匹配酸化工艺的实施.通过室内评价表明,暂堵剂分散性、携带性较好,使用不同浓度可满足不同缝宽的暂堵要求.纤维暂堵剂在酸性、高温环境下能快速降解,达到零残留目标,复合暂堵剂在残酸中能短时间内解除堵塞,保证渗流通道的畅通.两种暂堵剂在元坝气田应用20多口井,暂堵有效率大于70%,增产有效率100%,实现了超深层水平井的有效改造.
