含焊接接头输气管线残余应力测试研究

Abstract
随着我国基础设施建设投入逐步加大,煤矿开采通常会引起上覆输气管线发生下沉变形,研究变形管线的应力分布状态对管线的安全运行至关重要.采用钻孔法对煤层上方下沉360 mm的输气管线焊接接头及管体进行残余应力测试,并对比研究了现场及实验室残余应力的测试结果.结果表明,放空后的输气管线管体残余应力均呈现出较低的水平,管体环向残余应力远低于轴向残余应力,受测区域轴向残余应力均在150 MPa以内;管接头区域主要表现为残余拉应力,最大值为318 MPa.
