Abstract
对哈13-12井套管失效事故现场情况进行了调查,通过对钻塞钻头损坏形貌、铅印检查结果和测井结果进行分析,确定了套管失效形式和位置.通过对套管在下井过程和固井过程套管受力状况进行计算,认为套管没有过载,套管断裂可能与套管本身存在原始缺陷有关.建议采用措施,防止此类事故再次发生.
