收集尘封多年的原始资料,对1969年7月18日渤海7.4级地震发生后地震现场应急情况进行了历史性回顾.震后当天成立了我国第一个全国地震工作领导机构——中央地震工作小组,并首次统一指挥调度大震现场工作.渤海地震促进了山东地震工作的快速发展,是山东地震工作的标志性事件.1969年渤海地震留下50年来我国防震减灾发展历程的一个历史印记.
